Business Analyst 2

Job Title:  Business Analyst 2
Location:  Remote ( Only PST Hours )
Salary Range:  $40/hr to $45/hr on W2 

Introduction

This role involves supporting the supply chain management for AI GPU delivery to data centers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivery schedules. The Business Analyst will contribute to a Lean Six Sigma initiative focused on waste analysis, process documentation, and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma experience - green or yellow belt strongly preferred
• Experience with Visio for process map creation
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization
• Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements
• Establish and document business processes
• Set up project and work breakdown structures
• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets
