Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

- Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses.
- Document current-state business and technical processes and define future-state requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure full coverage of requirements.
- Act as a bridge between teams to address gaps and validate assumptions.
Requirements
- 8 years of business analysis experience in evaluating business systems and user needs.
- Experience in documenting and managing business, functional, technical, data, reporting, and interface requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready summaries and technical documentation.
- Experience working across business, application, data, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
Preferences
- Experience supporting legacy system modernization and enterprise transformation.
- Familiarity with Medicaid, health and human services, or related public-sector spaces.
- Experience with APIs, batch interfaces, and modular system design.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related credential.
