Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage requirements for converting legacy applications to web-based platforms.
- Analyze existing systems to document current processes and behaviors.
- Elicit and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify functional, technical, and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with developers to translate requirements into .NET and SQL solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and obtain consensus.
- Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams.
- Communicate project status and risks to leadership.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in legacy system analysis and modernization strategies.
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for web-based applications.
- Proven skills in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation abilities.
- Experience with SQL-based data models and system integrations.
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with .NET development and SQL databases.
- Experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government environments.
- PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certification.
