• 8 years of experience coordinating with vendors and evaluating projects
• 8 years in developing and reviewing project artifacts
• 8 years consulting on system analysis and solution implementation
• 8 years managing project scope, acceptance, and deployment
• 8 years identifying and mitigating project risks
• 8 years analyzing HHS policies and standards' impact on systems

Preferences

• 3 years using TFS/ADO for managing requirements
• 3 years working in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
• 3 years experience with Microsoft products and cloud solutions
• 3 years understanding Texas HHSC processes and Medicaid systems
• 3 years updating portfolio project management tools
