Pay Range$33.81-$48.30 Per Hr
Description
The role is based in Plano, TX, and requires onsite presence. This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months.
The primary responsibilities include managing vendor relations, supporting operations, and performance management.
Proficiency in standard office software is essential.
Maintain vendor relationships and act as a business analyst for non-IT projects.
Manage project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop dashboards for stakeholders.
Prepare reports for senior leadership and global offices.
Forecast inventory and manage parts demand.
Provide day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Support department operations and business planning.
Track project status, documentation, and updates.
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and improve service processes to meet customer expectations.
Prepare strategic plans and targets for the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of administrative and project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven project and program management skills.
Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate at all levels.
