Business Analyst 4

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Analyst 4 for a contract position. The opportunity will be for 3-6months with a possibility of extension.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Translate Business Policy into Clear, Testable Requirements
  • Drive Cross‐Vendor & Cross‐Team Alignment
  • Reconcile differences between business intent and technical interpretation
  • Maintain and version BRDs / user stories
  • Develop and maintain current‐state and future‐state flows
  • Support impact assessments for Operations
  • Own End‐to‐End Process & Impact Documentation
  • Support Delivery Readiness & Testing
  • Validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements.
  • Enable Decision‐Making Through Clear Artifacts

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables)

  • Clearly define what is in scope, out of scope, assumptions, and exclusions
  • Cross‐Vendor Alignment Is Owned, Not Observed
  • End‐to‐End Impact Awareness Is Mandatory

Preferred Skills (nice to have)

  • UM / Prior Auth Knowledge
  • Cross‐Vendor & Systems Integration Acumen

Disqualifiers/ Dislikes on Resumes

  • No Demonstrated Healthcare / UM / Prior Auth Experience
  • Requirements Experience Is High‐Level or Vague
  • Lack of Cross‐Vendor / Integration Experience
  • Primarily PM, Coordinator, or Note‐Taker Profile
  • No Evidence of Independent Ownership or Decision Discipline
