Question 1
Do you understand, and will abide by, the provision in your subcontract with OST that it is PROHIBITED for government equipment to be taken or used outside of the United States by your contractors? The consequences of this occurring can and will result in repercussions to you, the prime vendor, regardless if the candidate works for a sub-vendor of yours. It will also result in immediate termination of the contractor, and make them ineligible for rehire in the program.

Lead requirements discovery for large, complex,cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders,product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive clarity andalignment.
Analyze current-state and future-state businessneeds, including gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams orsystems.
Create and review business process models,workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN.
Translate business objectives into clearbusiness, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptancecriteria requirements.
Ensure requirements are complete, testable,traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
Identify downstream impacts across systems,operations, reporting, training, policy, organizational change, and otherbusiness areas.
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business leaders to supportrefinement and delivery.
Review requirements artifacts created by otheranalysts and provide coaching, feedback, and quality control.
Support consistent BA standards, templates, andmethods for requirements gathering and documentation.
Proactively identify risks, assumptions,constraints, dependencies, and unresolved decisions that may affect successfuldelivery.
Communicate complex business and technical informationclearly to both leadership and delivery-team audiences
