Seeking a Business Analyst 4 with 5+ years of experience in designing technical and business requirement documents, with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Agile methodology, and Salesforce applications.
Must possess excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs, including process mapping and reengineering.
Responsibilities include preparing solution options, mapping requirements to system capabilities, conducting risk and financial analyses (ROI), and writing clear business requirements using SMART metrics.
Additional deliverables include functional and technical specifications, technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and reports for upcoming projects.
