Explain a Typical Day in the Role

A typical day involves partnering with Sales, Operations, and Business Analytics teams to process and validate data changes that support critical sales planning activities. You'll review datasets, reconcile discrepancies, troubleshoot issues and escalations, and ensure the accuracy of account, territory, quota, or organizational data within internal systems. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across global regions, support reporting and analysis requests using tools like Excel and Power BI, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and data quality. This role combines analytical problem-solving, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analytics, sales operations, data management, or a related operational support function, with 5-10 years of experience working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders. They should be highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, and reporting platforms to validate data, identify trends, and solve business problems. Success in this role also requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and can work through ambiguity with minimal supervision. The strongest candidates are detail-oriented problem solvers who combine analytical rigor with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to translate complex data into actionable insights and effectively partner with Sales, Operations, and leadership teams across regions. Experience in sales planning, business operations, marketing analytics, or digital advertising is especially valuable, as is a track record of driving process improvements and supporting strategic business initiatives.

Contractor Performance Measurement

The contractor consistently delivers accurate work with minimal supervision, processes requests on time, quickly learns our tools and business processes, builds strong relationships with stakeholders, and proactively identifies ways to make the team's operations more efficient.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal resume would contain strong stakeholder management, self-resourcefulness, quick learning ability, and solid analytical capability beyond basic ticket processing.
