Job Description/ Requirement:
• 5 years' experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows.
• 5 years' experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
• 3 to 5 years' experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• 3 to 5 years' experience with Microsoft office, including Visio (for process flow creation).
• 3 to 5 years' experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
