The Business Analyst - Advanced supports existing and new systems in Microsoft Dynamics to facilitate COVID-19 activities such as contact monitoring, testing, and registration within Public Health IT systems.
Key responsibilities include providing support, analysis, testing, problem resolution, reporting, and system monitoring.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT practices, organization, and operations
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills to solve complex problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise technical solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and related tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint)
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Power BI
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- MS Teams and softphone administration experience
- Familiarity with industry-standard security practices
