Overview

We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst Associate to support Agile delivery teams by managing operational and compliance-related activities tied to production readiness and change management.

This role will partner closely with Scrum Coaches, Product Owners, and engineering teams to own the administrative and coordination aspects of production readiness, enabling delivery leaders to focus on coaching, delivery flow, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Change Management Coordination

  • Create, update, and track ServiceNow change requests (Normal, Routine, Break/Fix)
  • Ensure completeness of required fields, documentation, and approvals prior to CAB
  • Coordinate with Change Managers to move tickets through lifecycle stages (Review ? Approval ? Implementation)
  • Attach required artifacts (implementation plans, communications, approvals, etc.)
  • Monitor and follow up on open change tickets to ensure readiness and timeliness
  • Support scheduling and coordination for production deployment activities

2. Jira Production Readiness & Brownfield Readiness Management

  • Create and maintain Jira Production Readiness and Brownfield Release Readiness stories
  • Track completion of required readiness tasks (NFRs/OPRs, peer reviews, readiness artifacts)
  • Validate that all required sub-tasks/evidence are completed prior to production deployment
  • Maintain hygiene and consistency across readiness artifacts for teams

3. Documentation & Evidence Management (ORAD / NFR / OPR)

  • Coordinate collection and attachment of required production readiness evidence
  • Ensure compliance with Operational Readiness Assessment (ORAD) requirements
  • Track completion of required checklists and validation steps prior to change approval
  • Work with teams to close evidence gaps and ensure audit readiness

4. Cross-Team Coordination & Tracking

  • Act as the central point of contact for readiness status across multiple teams
  • Coordinate communications with:
  • Scrum Coaches
  • Product Owners
  • Change Management
  • Infrastructure / L3 teams
  • Support readiness reviews, deployment coordination calls, and status reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel work items and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Jira
    • ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting production deployments or release management
  • Familiarity with:
    • Change Management processes (CAB, approvals, risk evaluation)
    • Operational Readiness / NFR / compliance frameworks
  • Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
