- Serve as a temporary Business Analyst Associate supporting Agile delivery teams with operational and compliance-related activities for production readiness and change management.
- Coordinate and manage ServiceNow change requests including creation, updates, tracking, and ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Support scheduling and coordination of production deployment activities.
- Create and maintain Jira stories for Production Readiness and Brownfield Release Readiness, ensuring completion of required tasks and artifacts.
- Oversee and manage documentation and evidence collection for Operational Readiness Assessment (ORAD), Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), and Operational Readiness (OPR).
- Track and validate all readiness evidence and checklists prior to change approval, ensuring audit readiness.
- Act as a central point of contact for readiness status across multiple Agile teams, coordinating communications between Scrum Coaches, Product Owners, Change Management, and Infrastructure teams.
- Support readiness reviews, deployment coordination calls, and status reporting.
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools, with hands-on experience in Jira and ServiceNow strongly preferred.
- Apply strong organizational, project coordination, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar), preferably in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to coordinate across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with production deployments, release management, change management processes, and compliance frameworks.E
