Business Analyst

Provide a short description of the Position: This is a Senior Software Analyst position, and will be working on the JJIS project. This position will provide requirements gathering and analysis, will participate in all phases of SDLC like functional testing and user acceptance testing along with developing documentation for the project.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: 1. Work with OCFS staff to document the requirements for the system. 2. Facilitate meetings with OCFS staff. 3. Create detailed screen mock-ups to document the UI and user interface. 4. Write detailed use cases and business flows. 5. Work in coordination with a team of developers to implement the requirements. 6. Perform unit testing and document all defects. 7. Work with business customers to ascertain appropriate help, training, and executive reporting requirements as needed. 8. The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Lead/Project Manager.
