Description
Daily Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Work with end users to review/analyze existing workflows, reports, documentation or system artifacts to document business/system requirements and processes.
• Participate in business user and stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop, write, and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-organized functional documents such as use cases/user stories, process models/flow diagrams, screen mock-ups according to ITS standards.
• Perform analysis of what statistical reports will be needed, document the requirements and design the reports.
• Develop or maintain detailed test plans/test cases/test scripts from documented system requirements utilizing Quality Center.
• Execute functional and system tests including regression tests using manual and automated testing tools and record results using Client ALM/Quality Center.
• Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.
• Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g. missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases

• Develop or maintain training or user acceptance testing plans and Tier 1 support guides

• Interact with ITS staff, business users and stakeholders as necessary to determine and implement functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in status meetings and provide weekly reports.
• Provide knowledge transfer to state staff in order to implement and support the system.

Mandatory Qualifications

1	84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts
2	84 Months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups and technical documents with attention to detail
3	60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results and logging/tracking related defects
4	36 months experience using Client Quality Center
5	24 months experience designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent
