Job Description:
REQUIRED
Eight (8) years’ experience with large-scale Healthcare solutions.
Three (3) years of general IT system experience and formal training/education.
Three (3) years’ experience in enterprise systems or projects.
Bachelor’s degree.
PREFERRED
Any certifications and experience with process improvement techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, and Kanban), Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL or similar.
A Master’s Degree.
Responsibilities:
Document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module RFP.
Assess current state provider business processes and translate current state into future state business processes or requirements.
Perform market research and provide insights into provider management systems and business processes across the country.
Draft Provider module key performance indicators and measurable business outcomes.
Support meetings with client stakeholders to solicit stakeholder feedback on requirements and RFP content.
Assist with developing an implementation strategy and timeline to implement a provider management module.
Develop bidder questions based on the RFP scope and requirements.
Develop high quality and grammatically correct RFP content.
Assist with meeting coordination such as scheduling meetings, agenda development, meeting minute documentation, etc.

The scope of this Task Order is to support DOH with drafting the completion of Provider Management Procurement.
