Job Description:
REQUIRED
Eight (8) years experience with large-scale Healthcare solutions.
Three (3) years of general IT system experience and formal training/education.
Three (3) years experience in enterprise systems or projects.
Bachelor s degree.
PREFERRED
Any certifications and experience with process improvement techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, and Kanban), Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL or similar.
Master s Degree.
Responsibilities:
Document business and technical requirements for an eMedNY SSA.
Assess the existing eMedNY contract to identify improvement areas and pain points.
Draft key performance indicators and measurable business outcomes.
Support meetings with client stakeholders to solicit stakeholder feedback on requirements and SSA content.
Develop bidder questions based on the SSA scope and requirements.
Support cost estimation development.
Develop high quality and grammatically correct SSA content.
Assist with meeting coordination such as scheduling meetings, agenda development, meeting minute documentation, etc.
