Key Responsibilities

\n

• Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation meet policy requirements.
• \n
• Coordinate and process team-specific operational tasks as requested by the business.
• \n
• Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• \n
• Work across multiple systems and platforms to support daily operations.
• \n
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and answer policy-related questions.
• \n
• Provide operational support and assist with special projects as needed.
• \n
• Apply sound business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues when appropriate.
• \n
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, information security, quality standards, and client service expectations.
• \n
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• \n
• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• \n
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• \n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Windows, and PowerPoint.
• \n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• \n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• \n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• \n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• \n
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• \n
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
