Role Overview
The Business Analyst – Alkami Digital Banking supports digital banking enhancement initiatives with a focus on Alkami SDK integrations and member-facing experiences. This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, coordinate delivery efforts, and support the rollout of digital banking features. The position emphasizes effective backlog management, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of modernization initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Gather and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams
  • Support continuous refinement of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Delivery Coordination & Agile Support
  • Coordinate activities between business teams, developers, and external vendors
  • Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning activities
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery
Testing, Documentation & Communication
  • Assist with user acceptance testing coordination and validation of delivered features
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and supporting materials
  • Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
Digital Banking & Platform Support
  • Support digital banking enhancement initiatives within Alkami platform environments
  • Contribute to member-facing experience improvements and feature rollouts
  • Assist with integration support and coordination for Alkami SDK-based solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting digital banking or online banking platforms
  • Experience working with Alkami platform environments
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
  • Strong business analysis, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting financial services or credit union environments
  • Experience working on digital banking modernization or customer experience initiatives
