Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst. Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ongoing collaboration
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements for development teams
  • Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and future-state solutions
  • Facilitate communication between business, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Develop process flows, documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams to support design and implementation efforts
  • Support testing efforts including test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of deliverables
  • Assist in change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption support
  • Perform data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and validate assumptions using tools such as SQL or reporting platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
