JOB TITLE: Business Analyst

LOCATION: Ambler, PA — Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

SHIFT: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
We are seeking a Business Analyst to connect business stakeholders with technical teams and help turn operational needs into effective system solutions. This role will support projects across the development lifecycle, with an emphasis on requirements, process improvement, documentation, Agile delivery, and testing coordination.
Responsibilities- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into clear system and functional requirements.
- Lead discovery discussions to capture requirements, workflows, dependencies, and desired outcomes.
- Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify improvements, efficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Create and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related project materials.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements clarification.
- Collaborate with development, QA, project management, and business teams throughout design, build, testing, and implementation.
- Support validation and testing efforts to confirm that delivered functionality addresses documented business needs.
- Investigate system issues, assess potential solutions, and help coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
- Track and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and status information.
- Coordinate assigned project activities and lead smaller initiatives when needed.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience working with business applications or systems.
- 3+ years of experience supporting the software development lifecycle, including requirements work and process mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into clear functional and system-level specifications.
- Experience working in Agile environments with user stories, acceptance criteria, Epics, Features, and sprint-based delivery.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects from initial planning through implementation and closeout.
- Strong process-analysis and workflow-mapping capabilities using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Experience partnering with developers, QA professionals, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
