Title: Business Analyst (Real Estate Banking and Underwriting)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
Duration: 12 months
Max PR: $55/hr - $60/hr
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as an intermediary between the project team and the assigned line of business
- Advocate for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle—initiation, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up
- Perform complex analysis to identify core business issues and map potential solutions
- Develop business case: define problem, propose methods, and quantify benefits
- Elicit and document detailed solution requirements to satisfy business needs
- Collaborate with the development team to refine solution design, methodologies, and expected outcomes
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables align with requirements
- Resolve conflicts arising from technical deviations versus agreed requirements
- Partner with the testing team—use requirement documents to guide issue identification and resolution before rollout
- Evaluate user adoption during implementation and coordinate necessary solution adjustments
- Stay current on industry best practices, tools, and trends
- Potentially work across multiple business or technical domains
- Mentor and assist junior analysts as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of business/systems analysis or related experience
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related graduate degree
