Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst with experience in the Telecom Industry.This is a 6+ Months Contract to Permanent opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Job ID: 18-39765 Key Responsibilities and Requirements : Handling Multiple (4-5) projects and wearing multiple hats at one point of time Agile/Scrum Experience Required Responsible for defining and documenting business and user requirements with project owners and cross-functional project teams. This includes definition and documentation of new workflows and process changes. Responsible for formulating and defining requirements for systems and project objectives through research and analysis of functional/business needs of applicable provisioning and support systems. Participates as the requirements analyst in software/hardware releases, rigorous testing, installation tasks, and supports implementation planning and other operational preparations. Must be able to collaborate with members of the team, senior management and high-level employees in other cross-functional groups. Supports senior management in business analysis and strategic initiatives. Uses complete knowledge of the business, including system and product knowledge in order to holistically understand pricing for customers. Can create, understand, and present detail from financial statements to build a sound business case around recommendations. Develop and maintain comprehensive subscriber reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
