• Proven analytical skills with experience creating process documentation and reports

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to translate business data into actionable insights

• Good to have: Working knowledge of SQL

Roles & Responsibilities

• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production

• Ensure maximum system usability through effective requirement analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs

• Develop process flows, functional specifications, and reports

• Support solution design and implementation activities

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
