Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position involves gathering and analyzing requirements, working with stakeholders to define business processes, and supporting project implementations to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation including business cases, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
• Support project teams throughout development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Assist in creating training materials and user guides.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
