Business Analyst – Auto Lending / Auto Finance

1. We're seeking a Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to support our auto lending and auto finance technology initiatives.
2. Partner closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand goals, priorities, and end-to-end lending workflows.
3. Elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, compliance).
4. Translate business needs into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
5. Manage and groom the product backlog in Jira, ensuring stories are prioritized, estimated, and sprint-ready.
6. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
7. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, clarifying requirements and resolving gaps throughout delivery.
8. Support UAT planning and execution, validating that delivered solutions meet business and regulatory expectations.
9. Required: 5–7 years of BA experience and strong proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum practices.
10. Preferred: Domain experience in auto lending or auto finance, including loan origination, servicing, or dealer financing processes.
