• Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• JIRA, Confluence
• User Story and Acceptance Criteria development
• Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming

AI & Innovation

• Strong knowledge and practical application of AI technologies and tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline:

o Requirements gathering

o Documentation creation

o SDLC activities

o Development support

o Test case generation

o UAT optimization

• Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital banking transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lending, Deposit Operations, ACH, and Payments modernization programs.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and SDLC tools.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
