Job Title: Business Analyst Scope of Services: Define/document business processes and SOPs. Prepare training materials and user manuals. Conduct meetings and analyze business integration with tech. Develop project plans, technical specs, and cost-benefit analysis. Mandatory Expertise: 3+ years in document management or information governance. 3+ years gathering/documenting business requirements. Desirable Expertise: Experience with DPS workflows, IBM Content Manager, and Kofax. Experience analyzing document management migrations. Strong data analysis for decision-making support. ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment.
