Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA (Remote). The ideal candidate with experience driving AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives.
Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for AI adoption.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance.
Perform feasibility studies, business impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI evaluations for AI and digital transformation projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to manage scope, prioritize requirements, ensure traceability, and support successful solution delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements for AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation projects.
Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, business process analysis, user story creation, feasibility assessments, ROI analysis, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
