What Youll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Client Interaction: Gain a deep understanding of the clients business goals, challenges, and market positioning
  • Offer strategic guidance to improve e-commerce platforms and elevate customer experience
  • Create personalized e-commerce solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee the entire implementation process of e-commerce projects, from initial concept to final completion
  • Conduct discovery workshops and product/release demonstrations
  • Participate in UAT Product Owner Responsibilities
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs
  • Map and provide functional solutioning for business needs with platform capabilities
  • Overseeing the integration of e-commerce platforms with other business systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Create User Stories and release notes
  • Participate in sprint grooming
  • Provide clarifications to the development team on requirements, as needed
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Understand data and perform mapping between various systems

Stakeholder Collaboration

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to ensure transparency and buy-in
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Independently communicate with clients about requirement clarifications, scope changes, and providing walkthroughs of releases
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the development team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
