Job Title - Senior BillingPlatform Business Systems Analyst

Client Location - Flexible

Project Focus

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise billing and revenue management solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, improve billing processes, and drive the implementation of BillingPlatform and related financial systems. You will play a key role in solution design, testing, process optimisation, and ensuring seamless integration across the organisation's technology landscape.

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong experience working with BillingPlatform Billing and/or Revenue Recognition.
  • Background with enterprise billing, CRM, or ERP platforms such as Zuora, Aria, Salesforce, or Oracle.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business and functional requirements.
  • Experience translating business needs into practical system solutions and functional specifications.
  • Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile and traditional project approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with system, integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
  • Ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of financial services business processes and billing operations.
  • Experience evaluating solution options and supporting technology selection decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical teams, business users, and senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
  • Experience delivering user training and supporting change adoption across business teams.
  • Ability to estimate work effort, manage priorities, and contribute to successful project delivery.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior analysts or providing guidance within project teams is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
