Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate with experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering CRM solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, enhancements, and business transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
Conduct business process analysis and modeling using BPMN and process mapping techniques to identify improvement opportunities and optimize CRM processes.
Support Agile/Scrum project delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and solution validation activities.
Analyze business and CRM data, develop reports, dashboards, and insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Manage stakeholder communications, facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, and ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM implementations, or enterprise application projects.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, requirements gathering, business process modeling (BPMN), functional documentation, and solution validation.
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder and vendor management, data analysis, reporting, and driving successful CRM implementation initiatives.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
