Job Description
A community services organization in New York City is seeking a Business Analyst to support executive decision-making through reporting, dashboards, KPI development, and data analysis.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level summaries
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and other stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather context and validate insights
- Use existing data sources and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and business improvement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Analysis roles
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Experience analyzing both operational and financial data
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to executives
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar reporting and visualization tools
Desired Skills:
