The Business Analyst III plays a strategic role in delivering advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting to support enterprise-wide decision-making. This individual partners cross-functionally to generate actionable insights that enhance operational performance, improve customer analytics, drive revenue growth, and increase organizational efficiency.
This role requires a highly analytical professional who can translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Design, develop, and deploy advanced modeling, reporting, dashboards, and analytics that drive measurable business impact
Lead the interpretation and presentation of analytical findings to business partners and leadership
Deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic decision-making
Analyze large, complex datasets; investigate anomalies; and recommend data-driven resolutions
Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and Data & Digital (D&D) teams to define meaningful metrics and support enterprise initiatives
Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices in data visualization
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative, forward-thinking solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to executive and senior leadership audiences

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field required
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and modeling with a proven track record of solving moderately complex business problems
Experience working with diverse data sources and incorporating multiple variables into analytical frameworks
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Power Automate required
Proficiency in one or more programming/statistical languages preferred (SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, SAS, VBA)
Strong ServiceNow experience, including dashboard development and database view creation
Experience with data mining techniques and predictive analytics required
Strong background in statistical modeling, including regression analysis, log-linear regression, and variable selection
