Business Analyst - Cary, IL - Contract - $25-35 Per HR
Join our team as a Business Analyst specializing in insurance with a focus on actuarial expertise. This contract position based in Cary, NC, involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business transformation and system enhancements. Expertise in life insurance products and actuarial processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for life insurance products and actuarial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support product development, pricing, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in retail life insurance and actuarial analysis.
- In-depth understanding of various life insurance products.
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and process mapping.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
