Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiative. This role will focus on coordinating, tracking, reviewing, and processing a high volume of project deliverables across internal teams, subject matter experts, project managers, and multiple technology vendors.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex IT projects and an understanding of common technology project documentation, including design documents, test plans, work plans, implementation documentation, and other SDLC deliverables.
This is not an administrative position. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to manage hundreds of project deliverables in a structured, timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Support Design, Development, and Implementation projects as well as ongoing technology operations and maintenance activities.
- Receive, review, log, track, route, and monitor project deliverables through the appropriate review and approval process.
- Coordinate deliverables between technology vendors, internal development teams, project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs, databases, project documentation, and deliverable repositories.
- Ensure project documentation is properly stored, organized, maintained, and version-controlled.
- Manage the movement and versioning of documentation between internal teams and external technology vendors.
- Monitor deliverable status, approvals, rejections, revisions, and outstanding action items.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc project status reports and provide information in response to management and project team inquiries.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Change Management, Information Management, technology teams, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment across project activities.
- Support change management workstreams and activities associated with technology implementations and releases.
- Work closely with project and program management teams to ensure stakeholders are prepared for upcoming releases and deployments.
- Apply structured change management methodologies and support change-related requirements and activities.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between technology teams, Change Management, Project Management, and external vendors.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Participate throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle and support project activities from planning through implementation.
Qualifications- Experience as a Business Analyst, Change Management Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role within a complex technology environment.
- Strong understanding of IT project terminology and documentation, including design documents, test plans, work plans, requirements, releases, and implementation deliverables.
- Experience coordinating and tracking large volumes of project documentation and deliverables.
- Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and technology implementation processes.
- Experience working with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party technology vendors.
- Strong documentation, organization, version control, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Professional communication style with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
