Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. You will gather and refine technical requirements while driving enhancements to developer onboarding and API publishing workflows.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
Conduct detailed analysis of business and technical requirements to support developer portal enhancements, API documentation, and integration workflows.
Oversee the structure, usability, and continuous improvement of developer portals to ensure intuitive navigation, seamless onboarding, and high\u2011quality API reference experiences.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure sandbox environments effectively support partner and internal testing needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive API guides, authentication flow documentation, and integration best practices.
Collaborate with UX teams to refine developer tools and interfaces, improving clarity and overall developer experience.
Lead stakeholder workshops to gather feedback, monitor integration metrics, and drive enhancements that improve developer satisfaction and time\u2011to\u2011first\u2011call (TTFC).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6\u201310 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands\u2011on exposure to Developer Portals and API documentation.
Proven ability to gather and translate technical requirements for API publishing, sandbox environments, and integration workflows.
Strong experience working with Drupal or similar CMS platforms and collaborating with engineering/UX teams to enhance developer experiences.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
