Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, and cybersecurity initiatives through requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program governance.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for IAM and cybersecurity initiatives.

• Collaborate with security architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.

• Support IAM programs involving Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Cloud Identity Management.

• Assist with governance, risk, compliance, audit readiness, and remediation activities to ensure adherence to security standards and policies.

• Analyze security and operational data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support decision-making and program performance.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating stakeholder communication, requirements traceability, and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Security, or Technology programs.

• Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Cloud Identity Management initiatives.

• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, BRD/FRD creation, user stories, process mapping, and supporting security and compliance-focused programs.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
