Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst (IT-IT Project Management) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Business Analyst 

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $108.48 - $111.48 /hr


What's the Job?

  • Demonstrate customer interface and relationship skills while performing effectively in the Senior Business Analyst role with cross-functional teams.
  • Define high-level application relationships, workflows, and implement business processes, activities, functions, and information systems.
  • Create detailed business and system use cases or functional specifications to guide project development.
  • Analyze complex situations, anticipate potential issues, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks, and develop strategic plans and solutions.
  • Independently develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) including project costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines; oversee acceptance testing and contribute to user guides and training.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA;
  • Prior experience working with clients in Retail, CPG, and Logistics industries.
  • Knowledge of basic information security protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
