We are seeking a Business Analyst to support technology-focused initiatives through requirements discovery, process analysis, and clear documentation. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand current workflows, translate needs into actionable requirements, and support projects through testing and delivery.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through direct interaction with users and project stakeholders.
- Map current workflows, create process diagrams, and maintain clear supporting documentation.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to clarify needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain and revise requirements as business needs, project details, and stakeholder feedback evolve.
- Identify process or system issues and recommend practical opportunities for improvement.
- Support user acceptance testing by validating solutions against documented requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to help keep assigned work and deliverables on track.
- Assist with implementation activities, including testing, deployment support, and user documentation when needed.
Qualifications- 1–5 years of professional Business Analyst experience, with recent positions showing increasing ownership and responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements directly from business users and translating their needs into well-structured documentation.
- Strong experience creating business requirements, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and related project artifacts.
- Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams throughout software or technology initiatives.
- Practical experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple teams or business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
