Business Analyst

Responsibilities: for the Business Analyst: - Gather requirements and make sure the team knows what to build. - Write user stories and define what success looks like. - Run Scrum meetings and help plan teamwork. - Remove roadblocks and escalate issues when needed. - Keep projects on track and support releases. Qualifications: for the Business Analyst: - 2-3+ years of Business Analyst experience - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred - Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria - Agile/Scrum experience in a fast-paced development environment - Understanding of APIs and system integrations - Experience managing multiple priorities and monthly release cycles Compensation: for the Business Analyst include: -$90,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience -Hybrid Schedule - Benefits: Health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 403(b), PTO, paid holidays, This job opens for applications on 9/16/26 .
