Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Business Analyst to manage assigned IT project(s), covering all phases of project management. The primary stakeholders associated with the IT project(s) are management, staff and/or end users. The Business Analyst will define IT project requirements, quality standards and timelines, determine and evaluate risks, define activities to produce deliverables, evaluate deliverables and ensure readiness for next phases, address problems found in testing, ensure scheduled time frames are met, report on delivery problems and provide performance data, provide regular progress reports, and determine and evaluate testing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned IT project(s), covering all phases of project management.
• Define IT project requirements, quality standards and timelines.
• Determine and evaluate risks that may affect IT project.
• Define specific activities to be performed to produce IT project deliverables.
• Evaluate deliverables and ensure IT project is ready to move on to its next phase.
• Address any problems found in testing.
• Ensure scheduled time frames are met.
• Report on delivery problems and provide performance data.
• Provide regular progress reports.
• Determine and evaluate testing.
• Meet with stakeholders to determine needs and expectations.
• Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to review applications and obtain feedback.
• Manage and approve changes within assigned IT project(s).
• Attend meetings and direct professional and/or technical staff.

Requirements:

• 4 years of college degree required.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 6 years of experience in IT Project Management required.
• Knowledge/experience in Life Cycle Methodologies required.
• 6 years of ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
• 6 years of strong communication skills; both written and spoken required.
• Experience with Agile IT projects required.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office apps: SQL, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps and GIT required.
• 6 years of excellent time management skills required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills required.
• 6 years of supervisory/management techniques skills required.
• 6 years of ability to manage multiple demands or tasks on IT projects required.
• 6 years of proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills required.
• 6 years of ability to review & evaluate IT project progress required.
• 6 years of experience in developing & delivering presentations required.
• Ability to communicate effectively on IT project information in a team setting required.
