Job Title: Business Analyst Consultant (11192)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual
Candidate Location Requirement: Must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident. No relocation allowed.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Review functional designs produced by vendors
- Analyze existing and proposed business processes
- Develop General System Design (GSD) documents
- Support software enhancement and process improvement initiatives
- Document business requirements and workflows
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform component, integration, regression, security, performance, and acceptance testing
- Record, analyze, and report testing results
- Reproduce and troubleshoot application defects
- Support defect management and root cause analysis
- Prepare and maintain test data and testing documentation
- Participate in incident review meetings and testing status reporting
- Conduct end-user training for county staff
- Develop user manuals, FAQs, training guides, and CBT materials
- Provide online and onsite training across South Carolina
- Deliver Level-2 help desk support for FCCMS application issues
- Communicate application updates, workarounds, and announcements to users
- Update application configurations as needed
- Assist with maintenance and operations activities
- Support judicial/court application rollout efforts
- Create and update Adobe Acrobat forms and documentation
- 5+ years of experience preparing, documenting, and executing:
- Test criteria
- Test cases
- Test scripts
- Test plans for IT systems projects
- 2+ years of experience using, configuring, and maintaining FCCMS (Family Court Case Management System)
- 2+ years of experience with:
- Component Testing
- Integration Testing
- Security Testing
- Performance Testing
- Regression Testing
- Acceptance Testing
- Experience documenting existing and proposed business processes
- Previous judicial or court systems experience
- Previous state government experience
- Experience testing Judicial or Case Management System Development projects
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience
