Business Analyst – CPQ / Salesforce

Position Overview

Fincons is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), product configuration, pricing, and commercial business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce CPQ or a similar CPQ/product configuration platform and be comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

• Support CPQ, product catalog, pricing, quoting, and promotional processes

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Define requirements for product configuration, pricing rules, discounts, promotions, and approval workflows

• Partner with Salesforce, development, integration, and architecture teams

• Support system integrations and data flows between CPQ/CRM and other enterprise applications

• Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, implementation, and production support

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant

• Hands-on functional experience with CPQ or product configuration solutions

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or a comparable CPQ platform

• Understanding of product catalogs, pricing, quoting, discounts, promotions, and approval workflows

• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional documentation and user stories

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application workflows

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud experience

• Experience with platforms such as Conga CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, PROS, or similar solutions

• Experience with CRM, order management, billing, or quote-to-cash processes

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiarity with BPM and workflow/process automation tools
