Description
Join our team as a Business Analyst in Dallas, TX, working onsite on a contract basis. You will collaborate with business leads to develop business requirements and functional solutions. Your role involves preparing user acceptance test scenarios, supporting implementation activities, and coordinating with client associates. Proficiency in mainframe technologies and strong analytical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leads to develop business requirements and functional solutions.
- Prepare and conduct user acceptance test scenarios.
- Support implementation activities and address user and customer queries.
- Coordinate with client associates to achieve project goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise in relevant subsystems.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience with relevant product, including 3 years in business analysis.
- Proficiency in mainframe technologies and strong functional and technical skills.
- Ability to suggest and guide clients on industry best practices.
- Understanding of batch and online architecture.
- Exposure to software development and maintenance lifecycle and Agile methodology.
