Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our company achieve its goals and objectives by providing valuable insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis on business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or business operations

- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations and upgrades

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
