Business Analyst - Ohio City, OH - Contract W2/C2C - $27-37 per HR

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Located in Ohio City, OH, this is an onsite contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements analysis, project management, and technology solutions.

Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
• Translate business outcomes into solution requirements using various techniques.
• Conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Manage the complete requirements lifecycle for various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on user journeys and scope boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Decompose project-level scope and plan accordingly.
• Elicit and document detailed requirements for users, data, and applications.
• Identify and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate large group and executive stakeholder meetings.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance requirements analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and ability to suggest solutions.
• Excellent facilitation skills with large stakeholder groups.
• Ability to independently manage time and work on multiple efforts simultaneously.
• Experience with user story mapping and alignment of cross-functional teams.
