Business Analyst - Cincinnati, OH - Contract - $49-59 per HR
This position is for a Business Analyst with a focus on the life insurance domain, located in Cincinnati, OH. The role is a contract position requiring onsite presence and involves working with various business teams to gather and analyze requirements for a customer experience platform. The candidate should have experience with telephony and CRM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for platform implementation.
- Identify and define integration requirements with business architecture and external application teams.
- Facilitate sessions to discover new capabilities and assess business value for platform enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of requirements with enterprise architecture principles and existing applications.
- Assist development and testing teams to ensure successful validation of implemented functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience in the life insurance domain, specifically within contact center environments.
- Proficiency in gathering and validating business requirements for technology platforms.
- Experience with CRM and telephony technologies.
- Ability to facilitate requirement discovery and prioritize enhancements.
