Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, this position is a hybrid position required to report to the Jefferson Office Detroit 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday).

Engagement Description

Responsible for system and UAT testing within the IKA system. This position is responsible for managing system releases and ensuring that functionality is in line with CMS guidelines along ensuring resolution to system defects. This position also includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs and service to our customers.

Education/Certifications Include:
" High School Diploma Required
" 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
" Bachelor's degree Preferred
