Business / Technical Analyst – Project-Focused Role

Engagement Description

This role is responsible for performing a variety of technology-related functions, including business analysis, systems analysis, application development support, and process improvement initiatives. The individual will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to identify, document, and communicate system and process enhancements that improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business and system requirements to support technology initiatives.
• Identifying and recommending technical process improvements.
• Designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Supporting one or more low- to moderately complex business processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Contributing expertise in business operations, data management, and process optimization.

Education & Certifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in:

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
• CAPM (Certified associate in project management) preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
